This is a long time away, but I can wait. Cruising in Asia will be amazing. It's just that the flight from America to the port will be really, really long.

I would LOVE that. I know Semester at Sea, the floating university, leaves San Diego on Jan. 5, stops in Hawaii on Jan. 12 for the day to refuel, then arrives in Yokohama, Japan on Jan. 24. Their ship is about the same size as the Magic.

I actually spoke with Commodore Tom about this on the recent Copenhagen/Dover repo - that a lot of us would be excited for a DCL Asia thing..

He wouldn't commit or give anything one way or another, but he did say that DCL was aware, he was aware, and that he's heard it many time from people like you and me, so just keep passing it up/bugging them with it..
BTW, he wouldn't commit anything as well, when i asked him about 'when we gonna get another ship for you to command'.. just a smile and laugh.
