To my knowledge there was a booth in downtown Disney, as well as a booth across from the Materhorn ride enterance in DL. You can pick the characters you want to use in your name. You put in your "order", pay for it, and they will give you a time to come back, around 1 to 2 hours later depending on how busy they are that day. So my suggestion would be to go and put your order in when you first enter the park, that way you have more time to pick it up. I've done it on both my trips to the mouse, and it's a nice souvie from the trip. They offer to frame it for you for I think around 25 to 35$ depending on the size done. But be aware that the 6 x 6 size of the smaller paintings are hard to find frames for. I ended up finding a 6 x 12 frame to mount my 2 paintings that I had done, but it's almost worth the extra cost to have it framed, and save the hassel of spending months afterwards trying to find a frame that fits it.
