Disney Music Question

I've been all over the internet looking for the answers to this- You may have noticed that Dream Along with Mickey and the Sailaway party feature the same song, just with the words changed a little bit. I don't know how long they've been using that song at the sailaway party, but it seems to predate Dream Along with Mickey. So, here's my question: who wrote that song? My hunch is that the same person composed the original music there as composed the original music in the Golden Mickeys, but I can't find the name of the Dream Along/Sailaway composer. The Golden Mickey composer is Matt Sklar. Anybody know the answer to my extremely arcane question? Thanks!
