I'm wondering if anybody maintains a list of all the Disney movies that get a nod at Disneyland (and DCA too, I guess).

Some are obvious – Snow White is acknowledged at the attraction, at the wishing well, etc.

But I imagine that there are quite a few less obvious ones.

Anybody know of such a list?

Or interested in starting one in this thread?

Merchandise doesn't count.

Do the movies that were based on an attraction count (e.g., PotC, HM, Country Bears (formerly))? How about the shows (e.g., F!, WoC, Frozen at Fantasy Faire, Mickey and Magical Map)?

@ Figment_jii, hmm. I wouldn't think so, but that's just me. If people want to add them, go ahead!

I wish The Aristocats or The Rescuers got aknowleged more often in the Disney parks minus Tokyo Disney Resort.

Great link (which in turn had some great links)!
So, if I understand correctly, the following movies have NO representation in Disneyland and DCA (besides merchandise):

Bambi, Saludos Amigos, Make Mine Music, Fun and Fancy Free, Melody Time, Lady and the Tramp, The Aristocats, Robin Hood, The Rescuers, The Fox and the Hound, The Black Cauldron, The Great Mouse Detective, Oliver & Company, The Rescuers Down Under, Fantasia 2000, The Emperor's New Groove, Atlantis: The Lost Empire, Treasure Planet, Home on the Range, Chicken Little, Meet the Robinsons, WALL-E, Bolt, Wreck-It Ralph, Monsters University, Big Hero 6

Some of them I'm not surprised, but I am surprised that the one's in Bold aren't represented anywhere. It seems to be that these are pretty iconic and deserving of a carving somewhere or something.

Saludos Amigos includes the Three Caballeros, which is represented in It's a Small World. Monsters University is represented in DCA, in that there is a character meet and greet backdrop for MU. I don't know if this counts as merchandise, but the Boardwalk Games area of DCA has a game with using Casey at Bat (that's one of the shorts in Make Mine Music).

Characters from Robin Hood occasionally show up for events like Long Lost Friends (or whatever it was called)

Does anyone know of anything related to Bedknobs and Broomsticks in Disneyland? That is one of the only Disney movies my fiance has seen! (I'm clearly trying to change this...)

I would say that counts as true representation :)

Cool. I am surprised that such a classic gets such a small nod. I would think it would lend itself well (with all the animals) to references in the Parks.

I agree, I think Bambi should definitely have more of a presence in the park.

That's one of my favorites from childhood! (and Darby O'Gill and the Little People). Nothing in DL that i've seen on either of those........

Thumper has a M&G at the Springtime Roundup. I'm pretty sure I saw some reference to Bambi in WOC also.
