The best Disney movie is Hunchback of Notre Dame :cloud9:

There are so many movies to choose from. I like several different movies for several different reasons. As far as classics go, these are my favorites:

Beauty And The Beast = The storyline is cute and romantic. It comes from a very old fairytale and was uniquely and amazingly done. I love the soundtrack in that movie. The songs really do assist in creating the mood of the action. I especially love the song, "Something There."

Snow White And The Seven Dwarves = It was the first full length technicolor film and it still beats some later films. The songs are timeless and the movie portrays humor, romance, compasion, and friendship. The fact that the huntsman didn't take the heart of Snow White was just one of those moments where you can't but say, "awww".

The Lion King
= One of the most popular of the Disney movies with reason! This movie gives people the tast of every kind of emotion. Grief, laughter, romance, happiness, anticipation, and hopefulness. Timon and Pumba really give the people some comic relief after such a tragic event in the movie. The songs are unforgetable and like any other Disney film, the villian becomes instantly well known.

Peter Pan = Simply amazing with all it means! Knowing the story behind it, it is incredible. The author of Peter Pan originally wrote his heart in this story. Some parts of this movie are even true. The symbolism is incredible!!!!!

I love others too but those are three of my top five.

As for modern movies:

Shrek/Shrek 2 = These movies give all ages something to laugh at. Mike Myers does an excellent job as the voice of Shrek and what would the movie be without Eddie Murphy as Donkey? lol. What makes this movie so great to watch over and over again are the little things people may not notice after watching it the first time. This movie is more involved than some may think lol.

Pirates Of The Caribbean = This movie is just too awesome for words lol. Johnny Depp's acting is brilliant and his unique inspirtion for it really sets the scene. The film was well created and really is very entertaining to watch!

One thing I love about ALL these movies is that there are little things to watch for in all of them. Symbolism is present as well as metaphors which lead on to mean more than what is evident.

Oh my goodness, this list goes on!

The Lion King: I was four when it came out and it was the first movie I ever saw in the theatre, so of course it's close to my heart. Other than that, it's just a classic. It's awesome!

Peter Pan: I have a wild imagination and this movie is kind of what jump started it. I used to watch it all the time when I was little. I'll never grow up!

The Hunchback of Notre Dame: The music gives me chills sometimes! I still to this day love "God Help The Outcasts."

Pirates of the Carribbean: What a cast! The music is amazing too, I even have the soundtrack! The storyline is awesome too. The story of the curse is classic, it sounds like a legend. It's carried out in a believeable way too.

Chronicles of Narnia: Just awesome all the way around. I remember reading the book. The Christian elements are also interesting to look at. Looking at Peter, Susan, Edmund and Lucy, (along with other characters like Aslan, The White Witch, etc.) I can relate each of them to at least one Biblical person.

My fav is movie has to be potc and............... i don't remeber there is somany!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :confused3

Peter Pan Conderella and The Chronicles of Narnia!

101 Dalmations. i have been watching that movie PRACTICALLY since the day i was born. I also like Cinderella and Bambi.

but i dislike POTC and COFN because they aren't classic disney. these days i find disney is trying to hard and they can't seem to make anything nearly as good as what they used to. it's just my point of view. you can't compete with the classics!

I don't like any modern disney movies.....like POTC and stuff like that. Classic for me baby....anyways. lol

1. The Little Mermaid- Been an ariel fan ever since I was a 3. I've had an obsession with mermaids.
2. The Lion King- I loved the songs
3. Aladdin
4. Beauty and the Beast- love the story

Finidng Nemo. :) Dory is one of my personal heros.

Peter Pan is a classic, such an awsome movie. I love the part where you're flying over London in Phillar Magic. I really wish they would update Peter Pan's flight at WDW. It sould be a better ride.

Chicken Little was funny, but not very Disney.

Holes was a really good movie, it wasnt calssical Disney, but it was awsome.

The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe was so flippin sweet. I like the road Disney is taking with movies like this and POTC, tons of action, never boring.

Disney movies were kind of starting to suck, like how they came out with all these sequals to the old movies and jsut ruined them, and just stupid movies like that. Then they came out with POTC and they started getting better.

I really liked POTC, Narnia, The Life Aquatic... there are so many.

The more I've seen them, the more I like the Goofy Movies. (A Goofy Movie and An Extremely Goofy Movie) Those movies are the bomb. I also like Pirates of the Caribbean and Lion King and Aladdin.
