I can't find where to request the movie ticket redemption form to redeem my UP tickets. I've done it before, but it's been a while. Have they moved it??

After you login, Under the tab "How It Works", is a section to Redeem Movie Points...

Also, on the right side column, on the bottom is a box Fun Facts...there is a link there.

Also under Member Benefits, Earn Bonus Points, there is a link to get 100 Points for taking a survey, you can only get it once though. I'm not sure if this is new, so just posting in case it can help someone out!
