Disney Movie Rewards...

I'm sure most of you know about the Disney Movie Rewards Program. If not, you can click here.

Anyways, I've e-mailed the help staff twice, but none of their suggestions worked. So I thought I'd ask here and see if anyone knew how to solve my problem!

When I log in, it re-directs me to a "Update Profile" page. I enter my address and update. The page re-appears, updated. However, if I click on any button/page, I am logged out. To enter my codes I am asked to log in. I am directed to an "Update Profile" page. The cycle continues.

Before you ask (because the help staff has told me twice) I am using Internet Explorer, I have tried on a different computer, tried on multiple days throughout a two week span and have tried deleting my cookies.

It's getting frustrating, espeically since I have a whole stack of codes sitting on my computer table next to me.

I had that exact same problem. DH told me to use internet explorer instead (I was using the firefox) and it worked.

OOps, i guess you already are using internet explorer...sorry i can't be more help..
