Disney Movie Rewards

I still can't even sign up for the stupid thing! I have tried three times and every time I get the error message saying the program is only open to residents of the US. I live in Florida. I emailed the program and got the "we'll get back to you immediately" response. That was two weeks ago.

I had that same problem at first. I emailed them about it asking when VA left the USA. After sending 2 emails I went to log in one day and an Update profile screen popped up. As soon as I updated my profile everything was fine. I was able to enter codes and get my bonus points. I Bought Fox and the Hound this weekend but there was no code in it, so I contacted them again. Now i have to fax them a copy of my receipt to get credit for the movie. I hope when i get Cars this weekend it does have a code in it. Once all the codes are entered and straightened out i will have 475. So i guess i am in the same position as a lot of the ladies on this board......"Just waiting for Mr. Depp to show up at my house"

Just to check... did you check the back of the DVD guide booklet? I couldn't find mine at first and turned the booklet over and there it was, but then this was with The Little Mermaid...

I just rechecked to make sure. No Ma'm it is not there. Thanks for the suggestion though

Thanks Grumpy Dad! That seemed to be the trick. It would have been nice for them to let me know Seems like I missed out on the survey for 100pts. Looks like we won't be participating much in this program, but congratulations to everyone who is on their way to the VMK stuff.

How long did it take them to give you the 100 bonus points from that survey? I did the survey when this reward thing was first released and I still don't have them. I just got the Cars movie. Do I have to put that in before they'll award me the survey points?

I did the same thing and as of a couple days ago, I still didn't have my points. So, I tried doing it again and it allowed me too. I instantly got my points. You might want to try doing it again.

Yeah, but there will be more movies and you can only get 1 VMK thing per account, so you can use your next points for the Princess magazine party subscription table thingy. LOL

I've looked at some of it. But most of it I'd never use since I don't have any kids.

I'm mainly concerned right now with the VMK stuff. After I get 1 more dvd, I'll have it. Then I can really start to look at the other stuff.

It's not VMK items, but still fairly cool. At least I'm a parent, otherwise getting a subscription to a magazine that "mixes playful activities and everyday adventures with insights into the ways children develop" might be kind of bad. hehe

I just won a Disney Enchanted Call. But daggone it, why is Donald not listed as a character?!!! That would be my Disney Dream to get a call from my beloved duck. Then again, maybe they figure I'm one of the few who could actually understand him.

ETA: WHOA! Have y'all actually looked at all of the prizes? They're also offering a handful of Walt Disney Classic Collection porcelain sculptures!!! Maybe I'm the only WDCC member/collector here on this side of the DIS, but they have, for example, one of the Stitch WDCC sculptures as a redemption prize. Granted, it's for 1,600 points, but it's a prize nonetheless.

They have little previews of each character on there. While I love Belle, it doesn't really sound like her or any of the princesses to me (or Tigger for that matter), so... I think I'll be sticking with the Big Cheese himself.

I can schedule my special call for any time starting from now all the way past October 2007, btw. I can see it now: Schedule a call for a year from now, forget about it, and then promptly ask aloud "Why the heck is Mickey Mouse calling me?"

I won an enchanted call and I never got the email about how to redeem it. I sent a message several days ago and got no response that way either. I think I'm going to have to give Disney customer support an "enchanted call" of my own.
