Mickey" Copper Necklace or Bracelet!! They were 1000 points EACH - and are of the worst quality ever!! The pendant fell off of the chain and the clasp broke with the first wearing. Then, the bracelet cracked in the middle and broke in half! I couldn't believe it was such low quality - especially for the 2000 points I spent!! I wrote to customer service this morning - not sure if they will do anything - but wanted to let them - and you guys - know!
UPDATE!
Just wanted to post that I sent an email yesterday and had a response yesterday afternoon. They responded by saying they were sorry for my disappointment and that they would send out another set immediately. I wrote back and said that I appreciated their efforts in trying to make me a satisfied customer. I did ask that if it was possible that I would rather have the points credited back if possible. I noted that my request might not be possible - and thanked them for their time. I have gotten the automated email saying "your item has shipped"... so, I guess I'm getting another necklace and bracelet - maybe these will just be for looking! Just wanted to give a positive update in working with DMR CS.
