Not sure what I'm going to do with 16,000 plus points now...

I think the tour was somewhere in the 14,000 point range. Problem is I live on the East Coast and rarely go out to CA.

They have Disney gift cards, usually $10 ones, there are 2 right now, 1200 points each.

That’s frustrating since I finally had enough points for the top tour almost a year ago but it hasn’t been available since then.

IIRC there were two levels of tours, at least originally...one at 10k and the other I think was 15k, but it's been a long time since I've looked.

The top tour was around 25-26k and the lower one was around 12k

FYI there is a $15 Dumbo gift card out there today, 1600 points. Appears to be limited to one per person.

Looking for some input and latest experiences regarding receiving rewards. I ordered a poster on July 11th and a gift card on July17th. I've already received the gift card, but the poster has yet to be shipped. The UPS shipping label for the poster was created on July 17th, but UPS has yet to receive the package (per their website). That's 12 days. When do you think I should be contacting DMI?

EDIT to add: Apparently the poster will be sent from ALTA FULFILLMENT in Wisconsin. I'm in Illinois, so at least I'm in the "neighborhood."

Welp, they responded quickly (same day) but said a problem occurred with processing and now the poster is no longer in stock. They refunded my 600 points and gave me an extra 25 bonus for my troubles. No big deal, but I'm trying to use up my points. I'm unfortunately 387 points short of being able to get the $25 gift card which would do the trick...oh well...lol
