Are any of you members? Was thinking of signing up through swagbucks. How long are you tied in once you make your first initial purchase?

Are you talking about the movie club? If so, we have been members for years. You have 2 years to fulfill your commitment of 4 movies at regular price. Once you have reached you four you will the be upgraded to " VIP". You will get even better deals.

I did mine through Shop At Home (I think it was $10 cashback?) and finished my commitment after 3 months and cencelled. Then I waited a couple of years and did it again. Both times I ordered my kids DVDs for Christmas so it was something I would have bought anyway. Plus I did the bonus DVD which was discounted but still counted toward the total order.

We are first year members. We bought the movies anyway, now we get them for a bit of a discount. We have already meet our commitment for the year.

Do the movies come with a digital copy? That is the only way I buy movies now.

We became members a little over a year ago and it didn't take too long to do the membership - somewhere on here is a GREAT explanation of the deal sets and what are the top deals for becoming members. I don't think they discussed the swagbucks deal but I got in on the best deal she mentioned... it might be a little dated, I don't know.... hope it helps!

Disney Movie Rewards: A How-to

The frustrating thing for me is I'm a scatterbrain and forget to reply to email / snail mail confirmations of the next "installment" they're going to automatically send me. Having said that, I've always managed to realize it before the shipment occurs and you can call and cancel with no issues, or even send them back if they actually arrive. The club never strong-arms you that I've seen.

You can buy the combo packs, they are just more expensive.
