Disney Movie Premiere weekends?

On opening weekend of Disney movies, do they have anything special in the parks? I think it's been asked before for the upcoming Princess & the Frog premiere, but I don't remember there ever being an answer. I just realized we will be in the parks when the new Toy Story 3 comes out next June!

For big premieres like POTC they have had them inside DL over the Rivers of America. Otherwise they do it at El Capitan.
