Disney Movie Day

Well today is ours, were gonna pack in the morning, then watch Disney movies all day long. Do you have a movie day before your trip to get you all stoked?

No, not a day set aside. But we will watch them during the time leading up to leaving. Actually, we just watch them anyway. When we got our new tv (after our 15 year old tv died) we went back and watched a lot of Pixar movies over again just to see how the look. My DH always said he didn't care for Monsters Inc. that much so I made him watch it again and he decided he did like it afterall. This was good for going on the Monsters Inc ride in DCA because with the movie fresh in your head, you catch more of the little jokes and details on the ride.

Weeks before our trip we always order that cheesy park video from Disneyland.com and then the day before we leave we always watch it. But I try and watch a few videos between the time we book the trip and the time we leave. Although a video day sounds really great!

I usually spend the whole day before packing/watching Disney movies and then after the trip, I have the post Disneyland Disney movie week. It keeps me on the Disney high for a while

I'll be too anxious the day before my trip to even sit still and watch ONE let alone a whole days worth hahaha. But it's a cute idea!

lol! That would be pretty much everyday for me! I probably watch one disney movie a day! I can't help that I'm cool!

We sometimes watch movies before we go..but the last 2 times..I dvr'd The Travel Channel when it had its Disney specials..and..saved them until a couple of days before leaving..then we had a marathon..

Yeah....we lead up to it slowly w/ a movie or 2 per week..then the car ride over we can usually squeeze 3 in as well.

No I don't do that but I have a bunch of them and I watch one at a time to pump myself up. My mom and I are taking a trip next year and I got the Walt documentary and we all watched it last night. I've seen it before but my parents loved it. Hopefully we can talk my dad into coming with us too! Have fun on your trip!

We have Disney night every Saturday night at our house. We either watch a movie our play board games. We can never get enough of Disney!!
