If you have a list of movies to order, that you really want, for the original order, that's good. If you have to seek out movies that you kinda could handle, the value is lower.
Then you want to order movies you want, movies that meet the plan requirements, as soon as possible. But not in such a way that you don't get the credit; they often have "buy this one for the plan and get this other for x% off". But that second one doesn't count towards your commitment, so unless you have many more movies you're going to WANT to get, it's a bit of a waste. It keeps you working towards your commitment for a longer period of time.
And once you meet your commitment, you still have to keep on top of the "monthly" offers. I put that in quotes because it's soooo not monthly. If you respond quickly to your email/mail (I get both emails and mail with the same offers), they send out the next one quicker. If you're expecting it to be a month from each other, you're going to miss some offerings. And they automatically SEND the offerings (charging for them before shipping) and can be a pain to deal with sending it back and getting a full refund.
Once you've met your commitment you get offers for free pins with purchases; so if you miss a mailing and it's automatically sent, even if you wanted that movie, you've missed out on that free pin you could have ordered.
It's a decent program if you have a list of Disney movies you want to buy and are disciplined enough to really keep up with things.
