I had 1 more movie to buy and my agreement would be fufilled so for Christmas I ordered the new Winnie the pooh movie and now I see that it didnt count towrd my agreement!!!:sad1: I payed 21.99 so how do I know what movies count??

I emailed them about the same issue about another movie same price last requirement and I was told to give up to a week or 2 for the credit for the requirement to appear. It appeared on my account the next day after emailing.

I agree. Winneie the Pooh should have counted. Sometimes I don't see it show up under my commitments until I've already received the movie

You definitely have to wait a bit for it to show up.

Also, you can't use any sort of discount (unless it specifically states that the discount is compatible with it being counted towards the agreement).

My agreement states:

Each movie purchased at the member's respective regular Club price counts as 1 unit toward completing the purchase commitment. Regular Club prices start at just $19.95 per DVD and $29.95 per Blu-ray™ for members who joined under a DVD enrollment offer. Regular Club prices start at $29.95 per DVD and $29.95 per Blu-ray™ for members who joined under a Blu-ray™ enrollment offer. (PLEASE NOTE: Discounted or sale-priced movies, non-recorded merchandise, music product, special offers, and promotional items do not count toward fulfilling your purchase commitment, unless otherwise indicated. Other exclusions and exceptions will be noted in particular mailings or online at DisneyMovieClub.com.) Multipacks are subject to different commitment rules, and their value toward your purchase commitment will be noted in individual communications.

Hello! Winnie the Pooh should have counted towards your commitment once the payment is settled. It can sometimes take a day or two to reflect this on our website. If you have questions, please contact me directly at 800-459-7002 and I will be happy to look it up for you. Thank you!

FWIW it can take MUCH MUCH longer than a day or two.

In my commitment section it shows the correct number that I have left, but in the order history, a movie that I've had for several days (that took WELL over a week to get here after being shipped), still shows just a dash where the mickey symbol should be.

Much much longer than a day or two; if it's supposed to take only a couple days, either the definition of when they start counting isn't clear, or your software isn't working.

I have liked the Club, I'm actually an advocate of it if you can meet certain conditions, but I don't think you have the truth here of how your systems work.

Mine also didn't show online until about the night before I recieved it. (Which was almost a WHOLE MONTH after I placed my order online!) I also didn't get the free music CD I was supposed to get. I just called and they did offer to send one - not the same one but won't be complaining about a free gift!
