Are you having problems receiving movies of the month even though you declined. This happened a couple of months ago when I received Bambi. Someone else here said the same thing happened to her. I kept Bambi because I had opened it and figured it would be a hassle to send back.

Now this month I received "The Pacifier" and I KNOW I declined that movie. Is this happening to anyone else? I have not opened this movie yet and I'm going to try to mark "refused" and send it back (does that even still work?)
 
This has happened to me several times. I know the movie is coming cause I see the charge on my debit card prior to receiving it. I just mark it return to sender and the money gets credited back pretty quickly.

I thought I was the only one declining things and still getting them.....

Glad to know that works. Thanks. It irks me that this has happened twice now. I'm cancelling as soon as I fulfull my requirement.
 
This hasn't happened to me. I decline online.

Is there any way to tell what you have left to fulfill your membership? I want to bail as soon as I do so too.

I'm not sure if you can check online to see if you've completed your membership agreement.
 
I decline online too. I believe it tells you on your monthly invoice how many you need to fulfill. Not sure though. I'm looking at my current one and it doesn't say anything. I think that's because I am now fulfilled since they sent me The Pacifier. My "member status" is listed as VIP. I'm sure if you check your account on-line it will tell you.
 
I thought that was just me. It's happened twice in the last few months. I know I declined Heffalump, and I got it. Last year, I had it happen once.

I declined online and got one back in May, while I was on vacation in WDW and didn't know it went on my debit card! It cause a domino effect of overdrafts and all kinds of nastiness. Fortunately, my bank got it all back, but it took 3 months. :(
 
I'm happy you posted this. I was considering joining because it seems like such a good deal but after reading about all the people who declined and still received the DVD's it sounds like it is more trouble than it is worth. Sorry you had such trouble with it.
