Hello, I can't seem to find the answers that I am looking for so I figured this would be the best place to ask. I'm going to Disney soon
and I need to connect with my daughter on the Disney mobile app. I am very familiar with the My Disney Experience, and the mobile app, but have been the one who has always been "in charge" of everything. On this trip my daughter will be meeting up with friends during part of our stay and would like to make fastpasses with her friends. So I am under the impression that I would have to invite my daughter to connect with me so that she would be able to make her own fastpasses. Then I am assuming her friends would need the Disney app as well and then would have to connect with her so that they can make fastpasses together, is that correct? But here is the part that is most important to me and the whole reason for my post... if my daughter is connected to me, does that give her the power make changes or cancel any of the the Dining/fastpass reservations that I have already made?
She has never used the app before and although she is a quick learner, I really don't want her to have the ability to make changes to my reservations. I spend A LOT of time planning things for our vacation and I would hate for her to make a mistake and undo everything with the touch of a finger. If so, would that also give her friends access to my account as well?
That would not be good. If my worries are correct, is there a way to block people (that I have connected to) from altering my long hard work? I haven't been able to find any info out there with people complaining about family members ruining plans on the mobile app, so I'm hoping to be in luck with a way to block things off. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you so much for your time.
Hope to hear from you soon. Have a Magical day!!!
