Disney Mix Stick

I'm looking into an MP3 player for myself and possibly my 3 yr old. The fisher price FP3 player is great for him but a little more than I want to spend (unless I can win a bid on ebay...). I saw the Disney Mix Stick MP3 player on ebay and was wondering if anyone has ever used it. Is it junky? My older son has a Sansa that cost me about $80 which I like but again, don't really want to spend that much money. The Mix Stick is going for around $25 on ebay.
