I also attended the DVC presentation on the Fantasy last week. I bought in at BCV for 130 pts. Nick offered me 107 pts but I wanted a few extra just in case.

Would you mind me asking how much the discounted cost was for BCV (and MF)? I am so new to this and did not even know there was a choice for others as they kept saying the offer was for AKV with a Feb UY.

Checked with DVC and the minimum right now for first time buyers is 160 officially but obviously some are getting in with less.

Those that have recently bought in with less than 160 are you new members?

Bought in last year as a first-time, brand new member with 110 points. Also bought at Dooryway to Dreams Store in NY, if that makes a difference. We were told the minimum had been dropped to 100, but we needed the 110 to cover a trip we'd already booked for cash at BWV.

There was no discounted cost for BCV. It was $115/pt. I forget how much the MF were. I was only offered a Feb UY but it worked for me anyway.

I am a new owner. I wasn't told about any minimum purchase although I was offered 107pts which is a lot less than I thought I would have to get.
