Is anyone going to the Disney Meet July 15 in Allentown? I know this may get moved to the Meet board but I want to meet people from this board!

fun,
including special presentations by Steve Barrett (author of the
Hidden Mickeys guide) and Mike Scopa (Mouseplanet.com).
Also in attendance will be ALL EARS(R) Editor-in-Chief Deb Wills,
Lou Mongello (author of The Walt Disney World Trivia Book),
Jennifer and Dave Marx (PassPorter Travel Press), and many

Good to post here too on the CB, as well as the one that is already on the Meet board. The Meet board is not visited often, this gets more views. Bump it up every so often too. I heard it is going to be a big one, even bigger than last year, and I understand that was a BIG one!!!!.

I'm (I think) about 3 hours from Allentown, maybe a little more. Funny, but my 12yo was just talking about when we went to Dorney Park a few years ago, but I think that's right in the middle of some weeks that I signed them up for camp.

DH at this point does not want to go, I told him with the money I'll save not buying his ticket I'll get the rest of the books to get signed at the meet. ( I always wanted the "Hidden Mickey Book")

Go to the website & sign up for info...thats all they are doing getting an email list of who wants info. Its over by 6pm.

last year, you could just go in and sit whereever you wanted--i believe there was 8 people at a table...it would be nice to meet actually DISers this time as last time i met a ton of people, but not sure who was a DISer and who was from other boards

i definitely think we should try to sit near each other --or at least meet each other! last time i was meeting people..nice but i never talked to them before..wanted to meet the DISers!
