Disney Marathon: tix and hotel discounts?

If you sign to run the Disney Marathon, what kind of discount can you get on tix and hotel?

We registered for the Goofy Challenge. I called the number through run disney and they said I can book room only right now. He said it's full price but I can add any pin I get or deal they offer if it lower the rate. I checked for POR from jan 5-10 $1090 for room only and POLY $2300 apx (can remember). He said these rates may change but they are the expected prices for 2012. Until early August Disney won't have the prices fully set. This would allow us to at least have a hotel reservation where we want. I skipped and will book in August once prices come out. I'm sure we'll find some place to stay Disney won't sell out!

When I did the Goofy in 2010 I don't recall room discounts for marathoners and there were not ticket discounts. When I did the Princess in 2009 there were ticket discounts, and when my sister and I did the EE Challenge last month there were ticket discounts.

Don't recall if there were room discounts, but if there were I didn't use them as I found my AP discount to be much better.
