We have a trip booked for mid March. We have not received any mail from Disney. Should we be getting anything other than our magic bands? This is our first ever trip. Thanks

You'll be getting some envelopes of info from Disney coming up.

Last trip- October 2015- got all the Disney mail.
This past trip (a few weeks ago)- absolutely no Disney mail. Except Magic Bands and ME info. So I guess it's not a given.

As Robo noted you still have some time. If you booked Disney's Magical Express you should be receiving your luggage tags and other information shortly. Your MB's should follow right after that. I'm assuming you got your confirmation ? Have you set your group up on MDE and saw that your reservation confirmation was on there ?

Not for a mid-March trip.
They will show up, but not for several more weeks, yet.

Usually about a month after I book I get a booklet from Disney..."The X Family Incredible Vacation," which tells about your resort, park highlights, and dates for ADRs/FPs. After that it's pretty quiet until after the 30 mark (MBs, DME tags, coupons).

They changed the booklets. It isn't Incredibles themed anymore.

The pattern of mail has been;

The vacation planner booklet giving you details of your package and resort
Around 60 days you should get a post card for your fast passes
Around 30 days you should get your DME letter
Also around 30 days you should get your package booklet if you booked a package

The first two are not always the case. I know for Canadians it has become a lot more spotty since Disney closed the mailing/DTC office in Vancouver.

We are a month out of our trip and we just received the book of coupons yesterday... If that gives you any indication... I will be drooling when I get the magic bands which hopefully should come next week or something

From Canada booked room only got a booklet shortly after trip was booked with vacation details. Called to set up DME and received tags a couple of weeks later. have not received any other info and leave the beginning of March.

Thanks everyone. We did set up our mde and have our confirmation. I have not received a booklet regarding resort or postcards for reminders. We are in TX. I'll just keep a look out for the coupon book.

Generic Disney - the castle and it says something but wishes about to come true. The booklet is also smaller.

I have not received a booklet regarding resort or postcards for reminders.

The might not be sending those out anymore. I didn't get one for our December trips or my upcoming February trip, and I booked February last March and I booked December last May.

Can you tell me if there is a coupon in the booklet that is good at restaurants at Disney Springs? Specifically House of Blues? I read that there is a 20% off coupon but would like to find someone that recently got a booklet to confirm this for me. Thank you!
