Hi

My fiances family members are flying from the Uk to Orlando for the first time. We have arranged for the magical express to pick them up from Orlando International take them to the All Star We keep reading about special luggage tags that is needed to be placed on the bags in addition to what the airline give you.

We booked with British Airways, does anybody know whether BA will send these them or whether they just pick them up at the airport this end. (UK)

The "special luggage tags" are usually sent with the reservations...

However, they are not necessary. (Ours were printed incorrectly). What your family can do instead is pick up their luggage at the airport themselves and the Magical Express folks will put it on their bus...it's an extra stop and a little more work, but the free ride to Disney is worth it!

I'm not sure if you can call the resorts and have the ME luggage tags mailed to you, if someone doesn't have an answer here, you might ask over on the Transportation board.

It might be an idea to check with them to see if they will issue you the yellow ME tags. We didn't get any tags and this resulted in a small delay getting the cases to us, imagine the panic!!!

I had my dress with me, but my husbands suit was in the case. We also marked all our suitcases with our names x/x wedding party.

My DF and I have used ME twice and both times they have sent the tags to us via mail, like a month before hand. Congrats!

Soontobebride, the others have given you good advice.

I have used Disney's Magical Express a few times and have received the special luggage tags directly from the Magical Express folks. However, one of my vacations was planned at the last minute and I feared the tags wouldn't arrive in time. I called the Magical Express folks on the telephone and asked them what I needed to do. They easily answered my question and I was glad that I called. Since your fiance's family is coming in from overseas, perhaps they should contact the ME folks (just to be on the safe side).
