located level 1 terminal A at the airport? I am flying delta they are in Terminal B is it an easy journey to the Welcome Center for Disneys magical express. I have read that there are representatives to help you but is that true and if so where are they located. Any help would be great traveling with small children and will be distracted from reading signs I am sure. Thanks...

When you get off the tram, you will head to the main terminal, with security on your right. The A side is on the opposite side...if you look at an X, the top two points of the X are Side A, with the bottom two Side B. Just cross to the top of the X (there are large A's that are easy to see), head for one of the escalators and head on down to level 1. You will start on level 3, with baggage claim being on level 2. Just keep going on down to the very bottom. It depends on which escatator you ride down on as to exactly where the DME desk is, but anyone down there can direct you.
When you get your DME packet, you will find very good directions in it. It's really very easy to navigate.

After you get off the tram at the main terminal and after you walk out of security, look to one side and you should see a big neon A and look the other way to see a big neon B (just above eye level). The main terminal corresponds to the center of the X, imagine a little square where the four points of the X come together. The four outer points are the gate rotundas each connected by a tram line.

(Down on the A side lowest level) the ME area is in the corridor about in line with bus space #30 outside. You can peek outside every now and then as you walk the corridor.
