Disney Magic promenade

I have a question and i know someone will have an answer!! How many laps on the promenade equals a mile? My son is a runner and is training for the Chicago Triathlon and would like to be able to keep up that part of the training. Thanks for the help!!

According to a 2015 edition of a DCL book, it is 3 laps around the Magic (and Wonder) Deck 4 to achieve 1 mile. The Fantasy/Dream is longer, therefore about 2.5 laps equals 1 mile.
