Kristin, that makes me think of a 7 layer dip my neighbor makes. I might have to find the recipe and make it!! Yummy!!!!! beans, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, guac...leave that off....oh and Olives...leave those off too!! LOL

So that would be the 5 layer dip? LOL. We have that here but it's salsa instead of beans. Mix cream cheese with the sour cream and top off with shredded cheese. Your cardeologist will love you LOL.

Oh I never told you. The meatballs and sausage in the crockpot was great! Can't wait to make it again

you'll love this!! make sure you softened the cream cheese before you mix with taco mix and sour cream, it will be easier and smoother. then just put it in a serving bowl and add the salsa right on top and shredded cheese over that!
