Kristin, GREAT pictures of the girls!! We have never seen that much snow here! LOL Enjoy it while you have it! Then be thankful that it's gone!

I actually have the kitchen window open! when I went for gas at 5pm it was 66 degrees!! I love it!!!

Made another double batch of cookies tonight. They are the Chocolate Peanut Butter Oatmeal No Bake Cookies. SO easy and SO yummy!!! I know they probably have a real name, but I don't know what it is!

Truck is mostly packed. Just need to add our overnight bag, which in all honesty, if we forgot it, we could do without it! LOL

Watching Santa Claus 2!!

That is not even half of the snow that we have now.. We close to a foot and a half and it is still coming down strong.... I HATE SNOW AND LIVING IN NEW ENGLAND........

The kids are all excited to go out sledding tomorrow..UGH!!!!!!!!!!

Kristin, here is the recipe...

No Bake Cookies

2 Cups Sugar
1/4 lb butter
1/2 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
3 Tablespoons cocoa
2 Tablespoons vanilla (I thought this was too much and maybe she ment teaspoons? I am going to cut back on the next batch)
3 Cups quick oats
1 Cup nuts....optional

Bring sugar, butter and milk to a boil and boil for 1 minute. remove from heat and add peanut butter, cocoa, vanilla and oats. Beat for 2 minutes and place by the spoonful on waxed paper or greased cookie sheets. Makes about 50.


When I made this tonight, I doubled the recipe and only came up with about 65 cookies. I guess I made them too big! LOL

I'm good, my cold is gone now thank goodness!! Denis finished work early today and he was home at 2!! and at 2:15 the school called for us to go pick up Josh because of the storm that's when the snow stopped LOL so Denis went to go get him and I stayed here with Kevin...

I am actually not feeling much better!! I told Colton tonight that if things don't improve by Tuesday, I'll call the Dr again. I probably won't have to go to see him this time though. Colton thought maybe I had an allergy, (Smart Kid!) but I take an allergy pill everyday anyway. I am allergic to dogs...and I have 2....but they have never bothered me. I dunno what the deal is! I do know that my stomach muscles are starting to hurt from all the coughing though!!!!!!!

Okay, I am outta here!!!!

We are off to my Mom's! Everyone have a safe, warm and dry weekend!!! Enjoy the snow! I know it's going to be cold and snowy in Cleveland. The high will never be above 25! Here, it won't get that cold until after we get home.
