Well, the short and long of it is:
I have had five collapased lungs. I had 20% of my lung removed on the second collapase. It happens randomly no reason specifically except the "blebs" which are like blisters in your lung they burst and cause the lung plural to leak air which in turn makes it collapase. I get a chest tube inserted to suck out the excess air and then it reinflates after a few days with the tube and being placed on suction in the hospital. No inhaler not sure it would help. So it is really bad to live in the cold with this. When it gets cold here I have trouble breathing. We would love to move to the warmer weather but Bruce needs to have a job to go to first...LOL!!
This inflamation that I have now is due to the scar tissue from all of the surgeries and it kind of acts like an arthritis in the lung. But he also said this time I have a touch of plurasy on the lung and it is killing me...But the meds. seem to be helping too!!!!!

We loved the Tim Horton Coffee... where in the states is it available? Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts are all over the place down here, in every store, including Walgreens!!!! I'd love to be able to find it here. VERY GOOD!

Hello all!!!!

Hilton Head is just beautiful!! Connor and I went for a walk yesterday to try and find the beach. We went the wrong way and made our way back to the condo, only to find that Steve found the way to the beach, so we continued walking. All in all, Connor and I walked 2 hours straight! LOL We were BEAT by the end of the night! LOL It's just beautiful though! I would like to find Disney's resort sometime this week and check it out. Might have to buy some points and stay there on our next trip! Went to the outlets today, planning on a beach day tomorrow. The forecast is 70 and sunny! I'll take it!

Sandra, we skipped Christmas one year and went to WDW, DCL and USO. It was WONDERFUL! No baking, no decorating, no cooking, no cleaning, no parties, just me, my DH and my boys!!! This year, we did all that, then left! I would do it again!!

Gonna run, have a load of clothes in the washer, the rest are watching Evan Almighty. Such a cute movie! Everyone take care!!!!!!

We picked up some Tortuga Rum Coffee in Nassau, it's been in the freezer.. we're leaving tomorrow to go to a B&B for New Years and I'm taking that with me. Hope it's good! Mary and Allen, Mary's Mom and Aunt are joining us on Wed and we'll all be home on Thursday!
