DHS marked green for the 9th of Feb? what does this mean.

The ORANGE hours mean that the park will be open for Disney resort guests one hour earlier than the posted times. The GREEN hours mean that the park will be open three hours later than the posted time. So for DHS on Feb. 9, the hours will be 9:00 AM-10:00 PM.

thanx for clarifying that for me. Do I need anything. I remember wrist bands - is this still needed? How does Disney know?

Wrist bands are no longer used. You must show your Disney resort room key at the entrance to each attraction. The CMs check the dates printed on the key to make sure it's valid.
