Disney Lorcana

I thought about getting into it when it first launched, but they were so hard to find. I wasn't going to fight for them. It's preobably for the best because now they are several sets in and I doubt I would have had people to play with. They are really nice cards though!

Hey hardcore', I've just started my journey into Lorcana. I'm an OG Magic the Gathering (MTG) player, I played a bit of the very first release of MTG with my then boyfriend, now husband, and my brother back in high school. Lorcana is very much built like MTG, so I think I'll enjoy it a lot, and will even try to get my non-Disney fan husband to play with me.

I did not get the Zootopia card, but I am going to be in EPCOT for the Lorcana event at the Festival of the Arts in January. I bought a really cheap Floodborn starter deck, at like 7 bucks it was a good buy, and I am going to try to get my Disney loving family playing this Christmas by buying a Lorcana Gateway starter game. If anyone is interested in learning to play, this is the way to do it, it was only 13 bucks at my local Walmart, and at the end of it, you'll have 2 playable decks (these decks are perfectly playable in general game play at the end of it), a game board, instructions, lore tracker, damage trackers, and such.

If you are a board game family or person and have never played a Trading Card Game (TCG) before, this Gateway set is perfect.
