Disney JIBBITZ for CROCS

We made our own by taking a regular button and sewing it back-to-back with a decorative button. The smaller regular button slid through the Croc hole, but the larger decorative one did not. They looked 100% the same as the expensive official variety, were cheaper, were more personalized and were fun to make.

It is possible to find authentic Disney Jibbitz on Ebay but you need to make sure to purchase from a reputable dealer.

Look for 99.8 or higher seller ratings and at least 500 feedbacks (sales):thumbsup2. If the seller rating is down in the 98 or below beware :scared1: something is wrong.

I'll put together a post on overseas knockoffs so you don't get burned, if you have additional thought on the eBay Jibbitz please post a reply.

I bought Disney Jibbitz for my Disney Crocs 2 DTD. On the second wear, I had lost them all. :scared1: It kind of hurt my feelings spending almost $15.00 for 3 Jibbitz and losing them so fast. Will not purchase Jibbitz of any kind from now on. Live and learn. ;)

Ouch, that hurts to loose all your Jibbitz especially in that short a time.

The problem is the holes for the Disney Theme Crocs are larger than regular Crocs and Jibbitz flat out do not fit, or better said they go in but will fall out. Jibbitz finally came out with an insert to take care of the problem but 9 times out of 10 the sales person does not know to tell you. In any other Croc they work just fine actually it is just the opposite problem in that they are hard to get out you have to make sure to push from the bottom for out and angle them on the way in.

Note: The theme parks are now selling their jibbbitz with an oversize plastic disc, most people think they are just tags but they are supposed to be inserted behind the hole to keep the Jibbitz in.

I used to have the inserts in stock, not sure they carry them anymore, it seems like your not the only one who had this experience.

The Disney Stores have them on clearance now. Saw them yesterday. 2 in a package for $1.99.

Say the Disney Store has their Jibbitz on clearance, is that all of them or just a select few?

Were they also clearing out their Croc's?

What's a Jibbitz?

I'm a newbie to the site but when I saw this I said, "Ah Ha! I can answer that one!" Jibbitz is the original brand of shoe charms designed to decorate Crocs shoes. The company was founded by Rich and Sheri Schmelzer in 2005 to create decorative attachments for the holes in Crocs sandals. The company, based in Boulder, Colorado, was acquired by Crocs in December 2006 for a cool $20 million.

Now why didn't I think of that :confused3! Instead, I've been selling them on eBay for a couple of years so I do know a thing or two about them. If anyone ever has a question about 'em I'd be happy to try and answer it for you!

I get my kids disney jibbitz at Nordstroms in the kids shoe department. We got nala, buzz, mcqueen...

Nordstroms is a reputable source, you may find a limited selection but you can rest assurred that they are authentic.

One caution about childrens Jibbitz (actually all) make sure you angle the Jibbitz into the hole when putting in and push from the bottom when taking them out.

All Jibbitz will work in all Croc's the hardest Jibbitz to put in is the new 3D Snake's, you need to pick your holes and angle in.

:thumbsup2 Good job hope they enjoy their new Jibbitz.
