I dumped it after I binge-watched everything. Maybe in a couple years (so long between seasons!) I'll get it for a month but probably by that time it'll be over $20/month and I will have lost interest in those shows, as has happened with quite a few already.
The reason why Disney+ is raising it's prices is because it's soon gonna be the start of the holiday season and you can bet when Thanksgiving hits Disney+ will have special Black Friday deals for new subscribers and as it gets closer to Christmas the prices for Disney+ will skyrocket until New Year's Eve when the prices will be lowered. Because every October Disney+ is known for raising prices to get ready for Halloween Thanksgiving and Christmas because during Thanksgiving Black Friday is where streaming services offer deals to new subscribers and I think Disney+ is trying to become king of streaming services

Dec 2022 price went up $3….. that was after Black Friday deals… they are increasing because all of the streaming platforms are increasing… inflation. Also, it’s a way to try and push people towards purchasing “bundles”.

Yeah, that's why we are now at Disney+ and Hulu with ads and we got the Black Friday special. Gotta remember to cancel that too and hope for another good deal

See, I wouldn't mind getting Hulu with ads, but I can't do Disney+ with ads - I just watch too much of it! I also like the annual billing jsut for ease, and the slight discount. Why can't I bundle for a yearly rate?
