Nothing complicated about using the kiosk at all. Just activate with your MB. Select the ride you don't want to ride at a time you don't want to ride it for the number of people NOT in your party. Then change the experience to the ride you DO want to ride, but still at the time you DON'T want to ride it and copy overlapping times for the various members of your party. Finally change to the time you DO want to ride. Now go back to step one for the next attractions and repeat.![]()

Then he's obviously not the one to send to the kiosk.
Well, there are only 2 of us and I'm in a wheelchair. While the kiosks are accessible, they are not particularly easy for someone whose eye level is below the tilted screen. So DH either will take a long time to use the kiosk, or will rely on a CM to assist him. That is, if we manage to be at a kiosk that is still manned by CMs who can assist those guests who arent as able as yourself.

And while we're on the subject of kiosks (and I don't think its off topic, since we're debating loss of guest satisfaction and guest services), will someone explain to me why there are no kiosks anywhere in the vicinity of the MK entrance? Is that really too much to ask for those guests who enter the park with no prebooked fps?

There is supposedly one at City Hall (I've used it in the past but not sure its current status), but even CMs in the area aren't aware of its existence.
I don't know if its there or not either. I keep seeing posts on various sites and threads of guests being sent to Tomorrowland.
You got me there. I think this is more from me seeing the unused space and lack of attractions and saying to myself "They have to have something planned, right?" I can't see how they plan to add so many new hotel rooms and not do a major expansion of Epcot. I'm totally guilty of blind faith here.

None taken!
This thread reminds me - I need to get familiar with the kiosk locations in each park for our visit next month; sounds like they aren't very well communicated.
Me too. I think it's still there, and I have this crazy idea that more than a couple of geeks on the Internet should know about it.![]()
And they seem to change all the time. Very frustrating.
