Disney internships

Trying to get info on high school/college internships at WDW. My DD has seen and talked to many of them who work at WDW as CM's, But could not get the required info. How does one apply? Where? What is required? How long are the internships? I'm not sure if this is the proper forum for these questions, but I had to ask. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!
