Hi I <3 DLP and welcome to DLP DIS board :wave2:
We are a friendly bunch here so please join in on any other thread or if you have a number of questions then just start a new thread for each :goodvibes

If you have not had a look yet, DLP posting rules are here, DIS posting guidelines can be found here.

Last year Xmas season started on the 10th November so it should be around that time :)

Hi,

I was there around that time last November - it rained all day one day, it was plenty cold enough for big coats, hats, scarfs and gloves too, but the sun was also out one afternoon, and the coats were off :goodvibes .

I'd plan for cold and wet in November at DLRP.

Hi - I'm a big fan of Disney in Nov. Just booked (like, today) our eigth or perhaps ninth trip and most have been at that time of year.

We got engaged in DLP in Nov, honeymooned there in Nov a year later, then have been back for all but one of our anniversaries since - this year will be our 6th wedding anniversary.

I think its a great time to go - Christmas just starting up, parks are full enough to have an atmosphere but blissfully uncrowded, no queues, marvellous.

Of course the weather could be an issue but actually it can be glorious - very cold, clear, sunny crisp winter days. Beautiful.

oh and by the way <hello> - this is my first post!

aww that sounds so lovely :D

that would be the most perfect place for me to get engaged.. and married :P

sounds great! im not gonna let the weather bother me at all as long as im in dlp im in my element :D

thanks for the reply & welcome!

Hi there.

We have alway gone in november for the christmas season. We have had mixed weather each time we have been. Its either rained or been sunny but always been cold enough for coats and gloves etc. I love it this time of year because with the christmas theme it really adds to the atmosphere.

We are hoping to go the 24th of november this year which was the same time that we went last year, previously we have been slightly earlier and as someone said previous christmas season normally starts around the 10th, its normally just after the fireworks.
