Disney in Arizona?

While visiting Vegas and the Grand Canyon (West) last week, a tour bus driver said that Disney bought up a bunch of land between the Hualapia Nation and the Hoover Dam. Has anyone heard of any development plans.......maybe a new DVC?

Except for a couple of links to April Fools articles, I can find nothing online about Disney currently owning property in Arizona. As many people here will tell you, never believe a rumor you hear from a bus driver.
