I have been countless times, but now I am being asked to go with a family with a 12, 14, and 6 year olds. Needs to be within CLOSE walking distance (no shuttles) and prefereably with an indoor pool. I know the Desert Inn has an indoor pool but do any of the Disney hotels have one? We'll be going after Christmas (I Know...soon!) and are looking for a very close hotel, with comfy beds (suites or adjoining rooms ok) and prefereably an indoor pool. Any suggestions would be great...oh and money is not a problem so even the Grand Californian is ok...Thanks for any advice!

None of the Disney hotels have an indoor pool.

However, they do keep them comfortably heated for swimming in the cooler months. It's getting OUT of the pool that's the problem when it's cold outside.:goodvibes

So...any suggestions on where to stay? Especially comfy beds and close! Please??

The GCH. It has the comfiest beds, and it is the closest! The pool is nice, not indoor, but still nice. The restaurants are good, and the staff is friendly!:thumbsup2

Thank you! I think I might try to see if they have any openings available.

I agree, if money is not an issue...GCH all the way. The beds are definitely the comfiest I have ever slept on in a hotel.
