Disney hotel to Universal Studios

Hi!

Has anyone taken a cab from a Disney hotel to Universal Studios? We won't have a car and would love to go there for a day. How much would it cost to take a cab there and are there cabs waiting at US or phones to call a cab to get back to Pop?

It cost us about $30 U.S. each way.

Renting a car may be less expensive.
We have rented cars for under $20 for the day from Alamo on site using the discount coupons / codes from mousesaver.com.
You would need to add gas and parking on top of this.

It is about $30-40 depending on where you are staying. There is, however, the Dreams Unlimited deal where you can get one day ticket plus transportation for $85.
