Ok, so I've been having so many problems with the Honeymoon Registry, anyone else?
When I created my registry in January 08 when I booked my Honeymoon cruise, I never recieved my card, then I had to ask to send a new card, basically I ended up with two cards, made sure I registered the right one and threw one away.
Fast Forward to this month, since my save the dates will go out soon with the disney wedding website, I wanted to make sure the registry was in good shape. So I log on and all my items are GONE! Not only that, but it still says I have to enter my card, so I enter my card and do it all again, then I can't change my wedding date. And of course your guests search by date when they look for your registry. So I had to call, and call, and call, and just could not get through on a Friday afternoon, Finally someone answers and helps me, now I can't change the date, but IT has to even though the option is there on the site.
Then I tried to print the little cards with my own message to give to my mom, Nope. Can't do that either!
So I call again, and it's still not fized, itstead the woman had to email me a powerpoint version of the cards, which of course I can't change now.
Then my Mom wanted to buy something off the registry this weekend for my B-day, and it keeps saying her cart is empty?????
This is absolutely ridiculous! What do I do? Do I even bother with it? I really feel like it's so much work to keep up with it because they don't fix the problems, instead they do these quick band-aids fixes.
Any suggestions?
