Disney Hilton Head Activities/Recreation/Excusions

Hi Everyone, I'm super excited to to go to Hilton Head this August. From what I've been reading, Disney provides you with an intinerary for that week's activities at check in. Is it possible to see what activities are offered in advance? we are interested in doing things like kayaking, dolphin tours, parasailing etc. We would prefer to do everything through Disney if we can. Disney has never let us down.

I think that if you call the resort the week beforehand, they can fax you the activity list. DHHI resort has a Facebook page, and one of the front desk CMs is a member. Someone asked this question recently, and that's what she told them. Hope it's true for the summer.
