I talked my Mom into driving down to Florida with me for the convention. We will not be going to the convention per se but will be in WDW during the convention. I have been reading through the posts looking at the meets separate from the convention. Does anyone have a list or something that can help me coordinate all these things. I am so confused

I'm so glad you're coming!!! It will be great to see you again.

About the mini meets.....Mac-kay Mouse is working on the mini meet schedule this weekend....absolutely nothing is finalized yet, so don't panic.

I can tell you about some semi-certain events though...

There is a group of people doing MVMCP on each of the 3 nights that it's offered during the convention (29th, 30th, 2nd) Some folks are even planning on doing 2 of them! My family is going on Sunday, Dec. 2nd. And we'll be dining at Crystal Palace beforehand. We'll probably make our PS for about 4:30PM to coordinate with disneycub's group. MVMCP tix go on sale tomorrow morning at 7:00AM EST. You can make your PS for the 2nd. on October 3rd.

A small group of us (which will probably grow as the covnention grows closer) is meeting at Boma's for breakfast on Monday, Dec. 3rd around 9:00AM If you would like to join my family at our table, please let me know and I'll call to change our PS.

SSB's DATW II will be on Fri. the 30th, starting at 6:00PM You can sign up on his thread AND on the Magic Meetings page.

Oh, and a bunch of us are meeting at Whispering Canyon on the night of the 27th for dinner. Haven't made our PS yet, but suspect we should real soon since this group seems to be growing by leaps and bounds.

Nah, I'm doing fine. It is difficult to keep track of stuff as it comes up, though. I've got everybody down for Teppanyaki, now I've gotta go back and see who I've got at my table for MVMCP. One would think I'd write things down every once in a while.....

Steve, I've got an itinerary started, an original convention schedule, a list of who is coming to what dinner, a menu from Teppanyaki and I printed out the thread about the GF Tea so I know what's what or at least I think it will help! Is this anal or what? I don't think my lists of who's coming to what dinner is accuarate though. I may have to go back and see who wanted to do what.

Tammy im so glad your comming!! Your driving brave girl. Did you see United and SW have tickets from portland for 200 RT? Actually SW was 89 each way. In fact thats what were doing. I had credit on SW i had to use up so we fly from Boise to Portland the 28th of Nov then fly out the 29th first thing on United {which i had credit on} and into Orlando at 5:45pm. I know that sounds weird but for all four of us out of pocket incld. hotel is only costing me 210. Not bad. Tammy when you know which mini meets let me know. Are you getting excited about the new pins? I swear Chris is salavating just thinking about them. Tammy we will also be there at the CP with Tia on the 2nd and then do MVMCP. Did you get the special code for rooms at the moderates are only 84 a night. Here it is in case you need it CZM-122501-122757. I dont know if you need all those numbers or not they were highlighted in yellow though. The dates for the special 10/1/01-12/25/01 They say that other resorts have specials usuing that code.
