Disney Grove ADR

I just got dinner reservations for Garden Grove.. I'm such a DisneyWorld newbie, but I have been researching Disney restaurants for the past few weeks, and I've never heard of Garden Grove. Anyone been there? Is it good? Specifically the enviroment (for kids).

I do not consider myself a Disney newbie and I hadn't heard of Garden Grove until a few months ago. It is located in the Swan hotel. My understanding is that it is a buffet with different themed nights. We will be going on Mediterranean night. Pluto and Goofy are there for dinner. I haven't eaten there yet but am looking forward to trying it in August.

Be sure to check out Restaurants.com for a $25 gift certificate. I am not sure what the current code is to get 80% off (the cert would then be $2). It was EASTER but that has probably expired. I am sure someone will know.

Just to let you know Garden GROVE is at the Swan Hotel (not Disney owned). Garden GRILL is a character meal in Epcot. Be sure which one you have and which one you wanted

Garden Grove is not a Disney restaurant. It is located at the Swan resort (which is not a Disney resort; it is a Westin hotel). Keep in mind that Garden Grove will not accept the Disney Dining Plan, Disney gift cards, or Disney Visa reward dollars, and you won't be able to charge the meal back to a Disney resort room.

Ohhh wow.. Thank you for the info, no wonder I never heard of it! lol

I will cancel it, since we have the DDP.. Ohh well, I got reservations for MM Fantasmic package, so I will use that as our last reservation, and I think I'm now all set!! Yay!!
