disney go site won't let me log in (for contests)

I have had trouble in the past with logging into Disney websites. I'd been entering the John Carter Aulani and another Disney day online contests every day and all of the sudden it logged me out and I can't get back in! disney.go.com won't send me password recovery emails no matter how often I request one, it says my birthday doesn't match my user name when I try through abc.com and it won't let me start a new account anywhere. Does anyone have any tips on how to fix this or who to call about it?
