Disney globes air bubbles

Hello All, I have recently taken some of my disney snowglobes out of their boxes and noticed that a few have air bubbles and one has lost about two thirds of it's water. Question is there a way that anyone knows of to fill them back up or a place to take them to that fills them? TIA
