Wondering if Disney Gift Cards (purchased from Walmart) need to be registered or anything before using at Disney? Thanks!

No. You can check their value in USD on the disneygiftcard.com website and if you loose it, it good to have it register there so you can quickly transfer the amount to another gc but it’s not a requirement before using it at Disney.
