No the ones you can buy and use around wdw

I'm sure if you go on the US disney store website you can get them shipped to the UK, but you can't get them from the UK stores.

it looks like you can buy them off the disney website but not from wdw, you'll need to use disneyland california website to order for shipping overseas, ($25 shipping fee)

Disney Gift Cards can be reloaded at any Disney location that sells Disney Gift Cards. Online reloads are not available at this time.
