Disney gift cards at Target

I've searched and cannot find the answer to this question. Can you buy Disney gift cards with Target gift cards in the stores or only online?

The OP asked about using Target gift cards to buy the Disney gift cards. If GC's are used to pay, then you don't get the Red Card discount.
