Disney Gift Card

My mother is taking a leap, and instead of getting me a Macy's gift card, she is getting me a Disney gift card (bought at Kroger) for my birthday this year.

While at WDW this December we plan to eat at Yachtsman Steakhouse, Captain's Grille, Brown Derby, and the Gardenview Lounge (tearoom at GF).

Will the Disney gift card be accepted at those locations? Has anyone ever had problems with a Disney gift card purchased from Kroger (and not a Disney store)?

The Disney Gift card is excepted any place that excepts a debit card at Disney. We purchased one at a Walgreens and one at the Disney Store. Both were excepted without incident. You can also use it toward your resort reservation payment. We did this before we left over the phone to upgrade our resort.
