Yes! Just saw this on the TPAS forum Tickets sticky, and I'm about to call in to upgrade our recently-purchased 7-day hoppers to Sorcerer APs. Hopefully that will work - I'll report back.

Well, I can confirm it's not restricted to Florida residents, which I wondered about due to a pesky popup when I tried to look at the AP purchase webpage earlier. So I expect that if you're eligible to buy an Incredi-Pass or a DVC Sorcerer AP, you can get the GC too.

I also contacted Member Services and asked if the gift card promotion was eligible for passes purchased with points within the Membership Magic Beyond program.

With me elgible point dues, this would make a new annual pass about $650.

One per pass - when I purchased (over the phone with MS) I was told it could take up to 72 hours, but the two emails, one per AP, arrived a little bit ago.

The announcement doesn't give an end date, so I wouldn't dawdle in deciding. If they get the response they want and sell a lot of APs in the next few days, they may cut it off!

If you don't activate by one year from purchase, the purchase price reverts to a credit that you can apply to the purchase of a new ticket - AP or date-based.

Wow - you just made my day! We renewed our AP's last August only to have our life go to H E double hockey sticks and back due to my husband's health issues. We've yet to activate them and won't be able to prior to the year expiring, though we are cautiously optimistic he'll be cleared to travel soon. My plan has been to call next month and politely ask if they could offer us an extension on activating them - though I really was not expecting anything. But getting a credit to apply to a new pass will work! Even if we'd have to pay the price of a brand new pass (which I would assume is the case), vs the renewal cost if we could get credit for what we'd paid last year I'd be over the moon.
