On the Disney Gift Card site you are able to look up the balance and transactions on your gift card.
We are required to combine cards to pay the DVC dues, but the site only shows 15 transactions on one card, and only allows 5 cards. So I was adding, transferring,and deleting cards to combine for my dues, and accidently deleted a wrong one.
I want to look up ALL the transactions, not just the first 15 on my cards.
Anyone know how to "turn the page" to go to the rest of the transactions? Please?
I called the 877-650-4327 number. First person I got, I could hardly understand, and she couldn't understand me really either. (Apparently they have a script of the usual questions and what their responses should be, and my question wasn't in their script.)
Finally she said she would send me to customer service, but the phone just went dead.
Called back. Got someone who spoke better English, but didn't understand it either.
She gave me the same number 877-659-4327 to call. I told her that is the number I called.
She said to call back M-F between 7a-5p Pacific time. I told her it was Friday 4:40p Pacific time.
Finally she said they were in the Phillipines, and it was Saturday, so call back next Monday.
Really Disney? She insisted I call in a time frame I WAS calling in. THEY were not in the time frame.
Arrrgh!
